Do we take insurance?
We are now accepting insurance! We are happy to be in-network with Aetna and Cigna.
You can contact your insurance company to inquire about your session rate or I can run a check to estimate your benefits!
I am also estimated to be in network with BCBS sometime in June and with Optum sometime later this year. Existing clients will be made aware of changes as they happen and our website will be updated for prospective clients.
Self-Pay Rates
New Client Intake (53 minutes)

Intakes are vital to the beginning of the therapeutic relationship as the counselor begins to gain a high-level view of the client’s current needs, relevant history, and future goals.
Individual Sessions (53 minutes)
$110
For individual sessions with children, teens, and adults. Appointments are typically set up on a recurring basis (weekly or biweekly), but can be scheduled week-to-week as needed.
Extended EMDR Sessions (80 minutes)
$165
For those who’d like a longer time dedicated to EMDR processing. This is a more intensive approach and would be effective for some clients as they engage in trauma therapy.
